Family of 10 had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated seems very new and lots of light and different spaces rooms balconies etc to enjoy. Rented kayak and took it from marina to the house in the water in 15-20 min. Amazing! Having the two levels with the two kitchens and living rooms was super convenient and the kids played lots of soccer in the backyard. The lake view from everywhere was just incredible and relaxing. The welcome package with s’mores kit was a hit. Thank you! Gracias!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked and beautiful. Very clean and very comfortable! The linens, towels, and throw blankets were clean soft and fresh. The welcome basket was a nice touch! The kitchen was nicely stocked with all you would need to throw down. We came right before a big storm and we were afraid it would put a damper on the trip. That rainy day was one of my favorite days because it was so peaceful and picturesque on that screened patio! Everyone had their own space to relax and the next day we got to play!! The home was a great vibe from beginning to end and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!!! Absolutely incredible house with a bunch of amenities. No need to even leave the house because they have everything you’d need to have a great weekend on the lake! HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone visiting Lake Norman. Nolan was very communicative and extremely helpful. Even brought us dry firewood for the firepit since it had rained that morning. Just overall perfect!!!!

We had a fantastic stay to celebrate multiple family birthdays. This home is great for entertaining, and the attention to detail was impressive. We would highly recommend and stay again!

French Escape by the Lake was such a nice property! The inside had stylish decor and upgraded features that we appreciated. My family and I loved the split level set up. The kids were happy to have their own downstairs area with the game table, second living space and kitchen. It was nice to have space to spread out although the main floor still entertained everyone comfortably. I would like to note the host is very responsive and helpful as well. We would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to visit Lake Norman!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. They thought of everything you could possibly need and it was so beautiful, spacious and cozy at the same time. The cleanliness is beyond compare and the view of the lake is amazing. The host was so communicative and we were there during Helene and still he kept in touch. ​My family traveled down for Thanksgiving week to host Thanksgiving dinner for my Grandfather and we couldn’t have picked a better home for our stay. The open concept, layout and amenities were perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home was clean and the beds were comfy! I stayed here with my girlfriends to celebrate my 24th birthday and it was the most amazing experience ever. The house was beautiful, fully stocked, clean and had the perfect views / locations. There were so many in house amenities to keep us occupied. Nolan was an amazing host. He offered to operate a boat for us one of the days we were there and we had a wonderful time on the water. He is super responsive, friendly and great to have a conversation with. I could not recommend this location & host enough !!

I had an amazing time during our stay! The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of kayaking. We also had a blast playing the games that were available. The fire pit added a cozy touch to the evenings. The host was incredibly nice and responded quickly to any questions we had, making everything even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to stay here again!

Everything about this home was perfect. There were two full living spaces that were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could ever want and more. There were plenty of games and fun things to do for the whole family. The access to the lake was perfect and we kept our boat at the dock.We use this fire for s’mores. And there was a beautiful welcome with Prosecco and snacks provided by the host. We will absolutely be back.
