No pets are allowed
 
Is there a coffee maker available?
Yes, a regular drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine are available.
 
Is smoking permitted?
No, this is a smoke-free home. The use of any tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc. isn't permitted on the property.

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
*Smoking is allowed in the fire pit area.

 
Are long-term stays permitted?
Yes, 28 days or more are allowed. Please get in touch with the Host.
 
Are guests allowed?
Yes, We want you to have a relaxing vacation and we understand that entertaining family and friends is part of what makes vacationing at the lake so special. We ask that you be mindful of neighbors while you’re on vacation. Sound travels easily, especially over open water. Please be mindful of the property limits/capacities as it relates to septic system capacities and parking capabilities. No large gatherings in excess of the allowed occupancy limit are permitted.

Can I rent a boat or Jet Ski?
Yes, Lake Norman has many options to choose from.
 
Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?
The cleaning fee is part of the booking total and is not returned to guests at the end of the trip.
