House Rules & Guidelines To maintain the quality of the space and ensure a great experience for all guests, we ask that the following rules are respected: General •No smoking inside the home •Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area by the fire pit •No pets allowed •No parking on grass (please use designated parking areas only) •All bookings must adhere to the agreed-upon guest count ________________________________________ Noise & Respect for Neighbors •Please be mindful of noise levels at all times •No loud music or disturbances, especially during evening hours •Events must remain respectful of the surrounding neighborhood ________________________________________ Furniture & Property Care •Furniture may be moved if necessary, but must be lifted (not dragged) and returned to its original place •Do not move the pool table •Indoor furniture may not be taken outside •Please use a tablecloth when serving food on the dining table to prevent damage ________________________________________ Event Guidelines •Event type must be disclosed at the time of booking •Birthday celebrations require prior approval •Unauthorized parties or exceeding guest limits may result in immediate termination of the booking ________________________________________ Bedrooms •Bedrooms are available for approved use (such as photo shoots, preparation, or staging) •Use of beds is limited unless prior approval is given •Overnight stays are not permitted unless included in your booking
